Guided Practises
Below are a selection of guided practises intended to help support your own unique practise. I feel it’s important to share these to empower a form of self-discovery. I’m passionate about sharing a message of simple repeatable practises. There is so much to yoga and mindfulness which goes far beyond the mat. Compassion for ourselves and others is a lifelong exploration. Please feel free to use these practises as you would like; to download them, to share them with anyone who might find them useful. Use them as a springboard for further study, or to invent your own. As always if you have any questions, would like any clarification, or if you have any suggestions please contact me.
These resources are intended to be freely available for everyone. If you would like to help support me in producing more, any donations are most gratefully received.
