Welcome to Rising Spiral Yoga! My name is Jonathan and I am here to help you to connect with and discover the wisdom of your body. Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation are wonderful ways of practising being in the moment, to allow busy minds to just be and follow the body into relaxation.
